I followed this outline exactly for the final version of Windows 7 Pro, MSI Wind OSX, and Karmic Netbook Remix on an Ideapad S-10 and it worked like a champ. I didn't even have to add the boot loader utility.

I took out the original 160GB 5400 rpm HD and installed a 320GB 7200 rpm instead.

So, does that mean that if you have ANY logical partitions on your drive, the mac disk util will not mount the target? I currently have 4 primary, 1 ext3, 1 ntfs, 1 hfs+ and 1 fat32, for storage, but the mac installer refuses to see the hfs+ to install to it … any help is appreciated by anyone …

I am not 100% sure, but I think some people reported that they were able to install on an HD. Personally I don't know because I don't have access to that hardware.

Have you tried to see if Unetbootin can put the Mac OS X ISO on a thumbdrive? You would probably need a 4 or 8GB drive, but it might work. I am not sure though. I don’t have the ISO anymore and I can’t try it. If you do try it, please let me know if it works
