As promised by Nokia, I received the phone on Monday, actually Tuesday since no one was available on Monday. I have yet to seen the phone, but I was told that it has all the protective stickers. I was also told that they did not ship my memory card back. I am not too happy about that, but cannot confirm that since I have not had physical possession of the phone.
I will write another update once I see the phone on the 25th.

Nokia support rocks! They shipped me a replacement phone with overnight shipping!! The thing that sucks is that they sent it on Friday the 14th and it came to Maryland today, the 15th, but it will be out for delivery on the 17th, when I will be back at College Park. I will not get to play with it until the 25th, but it will make a sweet Thanksgiving gift. I am just hoping that they remembered to ship back my memory card.
Thanks Nokia for the quick service! I shall continue my loyalty to your kick-ass phones.

Just a quick update, the phone has made it’s way to DORAVILLE, GA, US. It arrived 2:34PM and left at 11:26PM. It should arrive at Huntsville tomorrow.
iPhone headphone suck on the metro. Granted, the N82’s headphones wouldn’t be much better, but at least it has a normal 3.5mm jack. Non-noise cancelling headphones do not mix well with the sound of the metro/subway.
